| Performance contracts In the ESCO Industry, all performance contracts are based on the same premise; some level of guarantee by the ESCO that the proposed energy savings will be achieved. Bell's performance contracts are the future to which all others are now measured. What separates ours from the rest: • We guarantee 50% or greater utility consumption decrease • Our contracts include, if applicable, all added benefits i.e. LEED, EPA certifications, new mandate standards, cash rebates and tax incentives, energy procurement and financing. • Our guarantees are both privately backed by Bell and by an irrevocable instrument. Our clients have no exposure. |
